One thing: the email address you type into the launch list form. We do not ask for your name, your age, or anything else, and we set no advertising or tracking cookies.

Our host, Vercel, records ordinary server logs and may collect aggregate, cookieless page-view counts. That tells us how many people visited, never who they were.

To email you when Perfectly Yours launches. That is the only reason. We will not sell your address, share it with other brands, or use it for anything you did not ask for.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete your address.

We use Formspree to receive and store launch-list submissions. Formspree is a third-party service acting as our processor, which means your email address sits on their servers as well as arriving in our inbox. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Until we launch and email you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the launch does not happen within twelve months we will delete the list.

Please ask a parent or guardian before you give us your email address. In the UK, children under 13 cannot give their own consent for a service like this. If you are a parent and your child has signed up without asking you, email us and we will delete their address straight away.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@perfectlyyours.co.uk and we will action it within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
